However, there's a catch: AI might not grasp your unique background and personality, leading to generic resumes. That's why I'm here to share three insider tips to make your resume truly shine.
Tip 1: Navigating the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with AI
Did you know that companies often use ATS software to screen applications before human eyes even glance at them? It's a powerful tool to streamline recruitment.
