The 66th floor of the 72-story 400 Lake Shore North Tower is set to be completed by 2026, marking a significant milestone in the development of the Chicago Spire site in Streeterville. The exterior glass facade is almost complete up to the 47th floor, with the tower's impressive 858-foot height set to deliver 635 dwelling units, including 127 affordable apartments.
