Even if you never expect to receive services from a faith- or community-based nonprofit organization; their work is important to the health of the community, and thus our work is important for their survival.
Today, as frontline nonprofits address the growing and complex societal issues—economic downturns, formerly incarcerated re-entry, youth violence and bullying, drug addictions, community health care, natural disasters, terrorism, and more—most feel overwhelmed, under-staffed, under-funded and ill-equipped to make significant and sustainable impact.
